UPDATE:   Please submit camera-ready papers to CMT by Dec. 3, 11:59PM (pacific time), 2014.

Submission deadline for papers has passed.  ( Oct. 1, 11:59PM (pacific time), 2014 )

We solicit submissions of research papers. Original work will be given preference but previously published papers can be submitted, provided the authors declare them as such and indicate the publication venue. Authors are encouraged to restrict themselves to 8 pages (plus 1 additional page containing references only) and must satisfy the formatting instructions of the NIPS 2014 call for papers. Supplementary material can be provided in an appendix, which will not count towards the 8 page limit (but considering the supplementary material will be up to the discretion of the reviewers). We leave it up to the authors to decide whether to blind their submission or not. Style files are available at

The best papers will be awarded an oral presentation. All other accepted papers will have a poster presentation. No official proceedings will be put together, hence the accepted papers will not be considered as publications.
